What a privilege to have a trusted business to which I can turn whenever my vehicle has mechanical issues! I purchased my car from Rine's two years ago, and it has been a very reliable vehicle. I just recently needed some work done; I received quick, quality service. They go beyond the call of duty. These guys are tops in my books!
In the past 3 years I have purchased 2 vehicles a SUV and a truck and am very well pleased with the quality for an awesome price! I'm very thankful for such an honest dealership and honest employees. They have our trust!!
SCAMMERS , in my opinion! My daughter bought A 2007 Chevy Equinox with a 30 day warranty for. $4200 from here which was a really nice vehicle, then within the first week her antifreeze started leaking, she took it back and the "supposedly" fixed it, then a couple days later it starts leaking again, and starts overheating so she takes it back and again they supposedly fixed it, i was giving them the benefit of doubt cause they were "fixing" it, this probably happened a total of 8-10 different times in 3months.. So the other day she takes it back AGAIN and now they say that it's the head gasket and she has to pay for it which is a couple thousand dollars, or they can give her a different car, she doesn't have a couple thousand, she's got two kids and one on the way, so they gave her a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix, with duct tape on the drivers side inside door, the check engine light is on, there is no door handle on the passenger rear door, their is small dents in it and a cracked spoiler, and sounds like it has an exhaust leak... She says she's doesn't want it and he said "well I can give you the $800 your equinox is now worth!!
I would never do business with this car dealership. My husband put a $1,000.00 deposit on a vehicle and passed away a few weeks later, along with his 15 year old daughter, leaving behind 2 daughters and 2 step sons. My husband never picked up the vehicle. The owner refuses to return the money, stating I can either pay off the one my husband chose or get credit for a different vehicle if I prefer. I reminded him that there are still children to take care of and the vehicle never left the lot. The owner still refuses to return the money to our family. This is not the type of business you want to deal with.
